Linda Ligon is one of my mentors. She founded Interweave Press at her kitchen table more than 25 years ago. Today, Interweave Press is a successful multi-magazine fiberarts publishing house.
Her staff recently paid tribute to their much-admired founder by publishing a collection of her most memorable essays, which we review this week.
In the Boutique: Pencil Pushing
Let your love of knitting shine through even when you're writing your grocery list. How? With one of our knitting-themed pencils, of course!
In the Forums: Knitting in Nature?
Many of us seek out the solitude of nature for spiritual rejuvenation and enjoyment of the world around us. Do you take your knitting outdoors with you, and what sorts of places have worked for you? Share your stories.
