Knitter's Review
October 27, 2011
a little tea, a little knitting

One of my favorite online traditions is "Friday link love," when you hand over the stage to other online places that inspire you. While it's not Friday, I have five things competing for my attention this week, and I'd like to share them all with you: a charming book, ebook, and accessory; a hotel room we all must visit; and a school in Silicon Valley that's doing things right.

This Weekend in Tennessee
Located just 35 miles southeast of Nashville, Murfreesboro is one of the fastest growing cities in the country. This weekend it plays host to Fiber in the 'Boro on Saturday from 10am to 5pm in the Lane Agricultural Center. You can still register for classes, or just dedicate your time to the marketplace, which features more than 30 area vendors.

In the Forums: Round Rows
Milinda is grappling with a pattern that asks her to work short rows in the round. They just don't look right. Together we're hunting down the answers, citing everyone from EZ to Priscilla Gibson Roberts. This story does have a happy ending.
